Synesthesia - The Four Seasons

These works were made in response to time spent in Paris. More specifically they were based on a watercolour made while listening to Vivaldi’s Four Seasons performed in Sainte Chappelle at dusk in late Spring. The the brushstrokes being applied in time with the music. The colours were matched with those from photographs taken in Paris during the corresponding seasons.
